Hello, my name is Nadav Zamir, and I\u2019m an Electrical Engineer from Raanana, Israel. I hold a BSc in Electrical Engineering<\/strong> from the Technion<\/strong> \u2013 Israel Institute of Technology\u00a0and have taken selected courses from the MSc Electrical Engineering<\/strong> program at Tel Aviv University<\/strong>, focusing on Computer Vision, Machine Learning and Deep Learning.<\/p>\n

I currently work at Alibaba Machine Intelligence Lab<\/strong>, DAMO academy, as the Head of Algorithms R&D<\/strong>. My experience includes setting strategy, researching and delivering state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning technologies that answer business needs and are cost-effective at scale.<\/p>\n

My past jobs include\u00a0galigu<\/strong>, a startup\u00a0I founded in the virtual-reality domain where I served as\u00a0Chief Technology Officer\u00a0<\/strong>as well as\u00a0\u00a0Intel’s\u00a0Innovation Lab<\/strong> where I was a team lead<\/strong>, path-finding & prototyping\u00a0 future technologies.<\/p>\n
